Regardless of his history ( and as much as think that this individual should have hanged a long time ago ) ,him nearing his termination under his present circumstances is nothing to be celebrated . The past is the past . And he was punished under the regulations current way back then . The death or suffering of anyone is not a thing to celebrate .

That isn't why they are doing it, the reason is that because he is sectioned, then under the Mental Health Act they [ihave[/i to do it as being sectioned he is deemed not to be able to make a reasoned decision, and if they did not, they would be breaking the law. I think in this respect, at least, his identity is irrelevant.
