I've seen several posts recently suggesting we get rid of basically the entire senior squad, and play with a bunch of untried kids next year. Yes, we might be doing badly this year, yes some players are undoubtedly over the hill, but really? The entire senior squad? Can we actually stop and think for a minute about who we have, and who we could get to replace them.

OUTS (irrespective of rumours as to whether they are or aren't going)

Hauraki-good player in a bad side, but not as good as current 2nd row options JJB, Ablett, Clarkson, Kirke, Pitts, Delaney or Senior

Cross-the fact he's not been making the 17 should be a good indicator. An over the hill Aussie prop evidently not the solution to our problem of aging props

Lauititi-in the last 2 years has spent more time on the treatment table on the pitch, and just isn't the player he used to be, when we have better options

Leuluai-not the force he once was, and with Bailey, Burgess, Ambler and Amor from their performances ready to step up, i think his time is over.

Senior-36 next year, a great player but no longer making it either at centre, or at 2nd row.

KEEP

Webb-I'd still prefer Webby to BJB at fullback for next season, but even if not cover would be very useful, and he's still a cracking player.

Peacock-will be 34 next year but, like Morley, just keeps going. Good for one more year at least.

Burrow-still, for me, one of the best scrumhalves in superleague.

You are claiming others have gone mad yet you want ditch one of if not our form "Prop" in Kylie and want to release and retain Senior in the same argument??
Now don't get me wrong there's plenty of differing opinions on who should stay and who should go and the same re-coaches but just from the couple i've highlighted you need to lay off the Jamaican roll ups mate and pause before asking if anyone else has gone mad!

I think you need to calm down fella and enjoy the entertainment on offer where you are down under because here at HQ we are getting shown up and it's not nice.
The team need an over-haul as do the coaches NOTHING that's been posted is OTT nor 99% of the criticism unwarranted.
Now i'm not saying that the likes of Sinfield ,Mcguire and Burrow should be ditched but many are getting paid for what they aren't producing time and tide wait for no man and when that time comes as it has now then we need to move forward without the "past its" and "not up to its".

I'm calm mate and am enjoying the RL here very much. I posted before the post defeat hysteria that a fair few need to leave. Others have pointed out that whole sale changes could make it worse. I can see something isn't right. But I look back to hudds are their tanning in the cup last year. All is not lost. But again I refer to posts I made earlier in the season, a team that can't be disciplined, has no respect for the fundamental basics of the game will get beat. But if we beat saints and win a few games the same doomers will be quiet as they were when we were playing ok and beating teams making up the numbers.
