Exactly Biff, some of the negatives will go if Ferres gets a breather/doesn't have to do as much work.

I think a lot of our issues at the minute stem from the lack of a propper hooker, but that's not exactly Macs fault (unless he stood on Falloons toe) and he is doing the best he can to cover it with the players available. It's a similar story with captain IMO. Even if Burrow is not the right choice other options can still take the initiative out on the field even if they are not expressly named the captain. All the best choices are currently unavailable.

Very true. Ferres has worked very hard and has a. Lot of ability but things like grabbing a leg of marker on our first set after getting back to 20-24 is just daft. Agree with others that moon can't handle the 2nd row tackling stint as well as Watkins. Covering burrow, Lilley and Walters poor misses means load is not spread around enough agonist a big, strong team

It's not Ferres commitment I question its his dirty play, like elbowing opposition players faces in the tackle that bothers me. The stupid penalties he gives away are costing us field position and sets. Still can't see him as a good signing for Leeds. I am fully expecting us to be in the middle eight this year, that's fine. I think it isn't about injured players coming back it's about building a team again rather than a load of individuals.
