This board used to be really busy. Now it's almost 24 hours since the last post on here (apart from this one obvs)

I don't think it's a mystery. We've a mediocre team which is essentially now finished for the season. Way outside the top four, so won't get in the semis, out of the cup, but not in danger of dropping into the middle eights.

So we're in the running for nothing. Similarly, there's no serious hints of new signings, changes to the set-up, or hope for the future.

In effect, we're now in the close-season for this club. There's nothing to get excited about until 2017.

It's primarily that I've been busy. If the board paid me a bit more, I'd post a bit more and get the hits back up.

I find though that this board is very indicative of our support. Saints' fans are like the England football team. They are soulless no marks that have an overbearing sense of importance and entitlement. They do absolutely nothing to generate success and don't fight when things go against them. Had we had this season at Knowsley Road, we'd have had 11 sit-ins, stormed the directors box and vandalised the outdoor toilets. Now all we do is boo mildly when KC's fat, ugly face flashes up with a bemused face when the opposition gets lucky and scores their 40th point of the game.

I think it is because there are the usual idiots posting drivel. YOU know who I mean.

APATHY, due mostly to the dross being served up by the Grinders, It won't be long before it sets in at Longface Park nobody (including me) will not be bothering to turn up.

I said the same a few months ago, before we had our worst performances. Right over the winter this board was dead. Personally I find it a depressing place now, not just because the team are on a bit of a downer, but the board has attracted a group of miserable twonks who will criticise anything to do with the club. So called supporters that are worse trolls than the fans from other sites. At least saddened makes a small attempt to be light humoured with his comments, but the others are just plain miserable gets.

Stay off the cider, silly boy, is that the type of humour you like.

Smith will be offered a 10 year deal but first he has to prove his sprinting ability, yesterday at 2pm him and Owens started a 2 man 100m sprint challenge, they are expected to finish around 3pm on Thursday, the result I am informed will be announced in the Chairman's notes at our next home game.
