Which try is the try of the year that fits in your mind the most?
It could be a club game or a final, or the SoO,CCF or a test match that stands out to be the most entertaining finnish to a game or start of the game.
For me It would have to be Kiwis win over Australia in dying minutes that brought the house down.As one of the pommy commentator said the Kiwis need something special here with this last tackle,and wasn't it bloody special.

Amazing try in the circumstances, never won at the HJ, scores are even and Tomkins chips over the top from his own 40 on the last tackle! Brilliant! |

If were looking at individual efforts you'd struggle to beat Alex Brown (1icon_cool.gif on debut for Widnes, takes a tricky kick on our line ducks under two defenders and burnt their full back on the outside whilst staying in touch to go the full length. Will post link later, I believe it's on Cougars TV or something like that.

I hadn't seen that one, great try, he really pinned his ears back.
I remember Amos Roberts scoring a blinder early in the season, but I can't think who they were playing. |
