Think if the ref took more action on Taulapapa then it perhaps wouldn't have boiled over as much as it did. It just all went downhill from that moment.

For me the ref wasn't up to it.
If he's taken control and been even with penalties it wouldn't have got so out of hand.
The players were getting silly but he pushed the game that way.

Think that's 4 half backs out for next week and both first choice wingers. Great

Farcical. Hated watching that game towards the end. Players staying down and feining to get a penalty, then the video referee rewards them by giving a penalty, that needs to stop now.

The decision not to give Talaupapa a yellow just isn't good enough. That said, i did feel sorry for the ref when Shaul held back Briscoe forcing ref to give him a yellow, and Shaul went off smirking. It was like kids misbehaving for a supply teacher.

Knowles dropping the Hull player on his head was a sickener and should have been red at that point IMO. And Farimo surely wins this seasons dumbest play award. Awful challenge. RFL need to get a grip of what our games becoming. We use to have to so much more class than that.

As soon as Fev knew the game was over they became horrible, eventually we got dragged into it, stupid from Faraimo deserves a few games.

Ref should have taken action earlier and I would have calmed the game down.

That, my friends was how rugby league used to be played. If you think conning the ref is a new thing, watch some games from the 70s and 80s. Enjoyable game to watch.

Faraimo, Carlos, Talanoa, Kelly, Sneyd, Taylor, Bowden, Abdull, Fash, Paea, Logan and potentially Washbrook, Connor and Griffin. That’s a lot of talent out for Hull FC in the next few games.

I think you’re looking back with rose tinted specs, there was a lot if games with a lot of thuggish behaviour in the past, where I will agree is players conning penalties is becoming an issue.
