Ganson considering NRL switch
Head of RFL referees Steve Ganson has been offered the position of head of NRL referees Down Under, report League Weekly.
The former international and Super league referee is reported to be seriously considering the offer – especially with all the battles going on between the RFL and Super League at the moment. Tony Archer has recently left his post as head of NRL referees and it appears that Graham Annesley has offered Ganson the role.

It's because his son plays for Wigan, proving that the RFL are biased towards us. |

Why wouldn't he consider it?
You'd presume it's more money, in a better league and a country that actually takes RL seriously. RL in this country is embarrassing IMO and although the standard seems to be getting better the competition is still miles behind.

Will you give this downtrodden French thing a rest. Not everything revolves around you.
For me 'tracking the wrong player' when literally everyone in the stadium and watching on TV saw it is just one reason amongst many that it's laughable he is still linked to ANY refereeing position. |
