I agree, and regarding poaching I suspect that once Dr K has the organisation sorted out, securely financed and properly managed we won't be in such fear of losing that talent which we want to keep - perhaps we'll be the ones wearing the poachers jacket for a change!

Last time we went out to Aus to find a coach ( the next Madge Maguire ) we were being aspirational being linked with assistant coaches - David Penna , Kurt Wrigley , Peter Gentle etc , they all laughed, snubbed us and we ended up with Ricky Stuart's Drinking buddy.

Now we are linked with genuine GF winners with years of head coaching experience in both hemispheres .

I think that's a testament to the distance we have travelling in such a short space of time .

I thought of that myself when writing my post - living at home with his Father in a two up, two down in Anlaby yet offering millions to KR. Think he'd have got away with it as he wasn't taking over just making an investment - doubt they have to go through any real form of RFL checks to put money down for no controlling interest.
