Just looking at the Sky Sports live games scheduled for 2014 and I was quite surprised at the disparity of fixtures by clubs. For your info here is a list in descending order of the times clubs are being shown live during the weekly rounds. (Excluding Magic Weekend)

Wigan – 9
Leeds – 9
St Helens – 9
Warrington – 8
Huddersfield – 7
Hull KR – 6
Castleford – 5
Catalan – 4
London - 3
Bradford – 3
Salford – 3
Hull – 3
Wakefield - 2
Widnes – 2

I can understand Sky wanting to show the big matches and big clubs often but why are Hull KR on 6 times compared to Hull 3 times, and Castleford are on 5 times?

If it means less Thursday evening games, let them carry on showing other clubs more often.

Then when we come to the end of season the same 5 teams will be featured in the last of the regular season rounds followed by the playoffs. Very fair for us lesser lights

ON the other hand, do we want stopping people attending by allowing them the excuse, "I can watch Salford on telly"?
