Anybody having problems seeing "upcoming matches' on Our League after they have signed in ?

I normally get a list of games and the Wire matches are shown that I can watch.

I have had a look and there sees to be a bit of a website re-vamp. Our next 3 games are on Sky v. Leigh, Wigan and Leeds then I can see that they have the game vs. Hull KR on OurLeague but there is no indication that we can watch it. I wish I could help you Winslade but I can't. I suppose originally it was thought speccies would be back in the stadiums by then.

Thanks for that. I haven't received an email from the club about a ticket for the game either so I will phone the club tomorrow and ask what is going on. Its not very sensible for me to drive to the club as its a 1.5 hr round trip, and I am not sure if I would get a ticket delivered in the time left now.

Winslade. Maybe not what you want to hear but the club emailed me last week about tickets for the Leigh game and I picked them up on Saturday.

It hasn’t been handled well at all, coupled with donating the money from Leigh and HKR as the default option things haven’t been great. Last year was unforeseen and nobody could plan for that.

Got an email off the club last week too. Picked ours up the other day, no issues at all. I’d suggest if anyone hasn’t heard off the club, to either call them or just turn up to collect them.

Thats the exact opposite of what the club are asking people to do

I understand that but we didn't get an email last tine for the three games we have watched so far and nobody ever answered the phone at the club so I just had to drive over on spec to discover that the tickets had been available for collection for days and the email notification had failed. The system showed the email notification had failed but despite having other contact details the club made no effort to advise. I would just turn up.

Did you get to the bottom of why the email had failed? incorrect details on file? or something else.

i ask this as it seems to be a common complaint,

I phoned on Monday to ask if season tickets were back in use as i hadn't heard from the club about alternative tickets being issued. The "extremely busy issue" was uttered to me & i will get an email when my tickets are ready ,which could be as late as Thursday.

No we didn't / have not. We still get emails from the club on other matters but for some reason this "notification" doesn't work. We have checked and double checked the email details and they are correct and as I say we still get emails about other things.
