This might have been put up in the past , but the Guardian has a weekly item on things sporting on the www, both past and present day . this week they`ve found `Another Bloody Sunday `a programme about Doncaster rugby league club in the 1980`s .It`s well worth a watch if you`ve never seen it . In the first `episode ` the guy talks about them breaking the longest losing run ever , 40 games , my memory tells me they beat Fartown . Ahhh happy days
Remember watching that years ago, was brilliant, think it was runcorn they beat and in one scene the chairman came in and told them he would give them all a £2 bonus or something if they won. Recommend you watch it if you have chance, think the episodes are on that famous video site !!
