Can anyone explain what is the position with Pettybourne playing again. I thought that he was supposed to be back before Ben Flower. Though this is obviously not the case.
Is he still here? or is his injury more serious than the club is letting on.

Seen a photo yesterday of the squad at the training ground and he was there in his training kit so he can't be to far off if he's training.

I wouldn't even be surprised to see him play on Friday as that 19 man squad will change before the match on Friday.

I read somebody saying him and Clubb are back in training this week for the first time.

I hope that means we'll see them back in the next few weeks. The sooner they're back and Dudson and James can drop out the better IMO.

Were only missing him due to injuries of others. From what I've seen so far he shouldn't get anywhere near our 17 when everyone is fully fit. May sound harsh but I've been really disappointed how he started out. Fingers crossed he'll prove me wrong in the long run

Got to agree with you on that one. For an impact forward he doesn't make much of an impact unfortunately. It isn't uncommon for overseas players to only come good in their second season though so I'm hopeful he'll be more of an asset in the long term. On the other hand Wests fans were very glad to see the back of him...

A proper full pre-season with MB could improve him as well no-end

Two things he does bring which won't show up on the stats is aggression and that fear factor which are so important in RL.

I like him but he just needs a good run in the side when he is fit.
