| Whilst i admit to never being Wane's biggest fan, I always believed that he was grabbing the success on the back of Madge's excellent coaching and inherited everything that came his way as nothing more than being the next coach in line
Our away form this season has been abysmal and we simply could not buy an away victory
But these past few weeks have been a total embarrassment to our great club IMO and our lack luster performances speak volumes for our egotistical coach
Sadly it's time for our chairman to wake up and smell the coffee and get us someone in that can actually do what they are employed to do as sadly Wane is clearly nothing more than a die hard Wigan fan with the job that we'd all love to have
His media comments have been an absolute joke and we are all clearly tired of hearing the same old tripe each time we get beat
Wane out for me I'm afraid

| I'm hovering.
Certainly wouldn't say option three - he's obviously not a coaching genius.
Get rid of him now? who would we replace for the rest of the season?
Has IL looked elsewhere (NRL)?
Is there anyone in SL good enough?
Not be long before we see the "Edwards to Wigan" posts.
It's not my decision, but if we lose the next three games then he's got one foot out of the door.

I'd say the leading candidate would be Kearney. He's arguably got no way to go in the NZ job apart from down.
Big question marks over his time at the Eels though.
I'd actually go a little left field and find another Madge. Garth Brennan at Penrith seems to have built himself a decent rep.

| There's no way that tight ar*e IL sack wane as he will have to pay him off, there's no way that stubborn narcissistic moron of coach will step down, so we will be stuck with the gobsh*te until his contract runs out unfortunately

| Keep him in charge i say as you fickle fans don't realise how lucky you are to have him as your coach as apparently loads of NRL clubs were gonna poach him from you not so long ago

They basically sacked him so they could bring in Smith. What position would you give a former Head Coach (that wasnt a joke made up one)?

| Quote Burtons Forearm="Burtons Forearm"This thread confirms that you are the most arrogant deluded bunch in rugby taking the trophy from our neighbours who still think they should win everything they turn up for.
I keep forgetting to bow my head every time I hear the word Wigan. You have a slightly better record than warrington in the super league era. Way behind Leeds and Saints.
Wane looks a fantastic coach to me.
Young teams will lose away from home. Young players will crack under pressure...see cup games...your squad had to back up in Catalan after going out the cup a very big ask against a very good side.
You lose and the dummy comes out big time every time. I could barely post on this thread due to all the toys all over the place.
Wane has a fantastic young side better than anything any other club has.
Anyone who takes his media sessions seriously doesn't understand them and why he says what he does.
Your senior players are letting you down. The flat track bully Smith the stupid Mickey Mouse and the vastly over rated bolsa boy that is ´lockers´.'"
And the award for the most foolish post of the year goes to you! At least the others were trolling but it genuinely looks like you believe what you have wrote?
Slightly better than Wire but way behind Leeds and Saints during the SL era:
[urlhttp://wigan.rlfans.com/fusion_pages/index.php?page_id=259[/url
The FACTS seem to show different. We've got 3 SL titles compared to 6 for Leeds and 5 for Saints. Wire on the other hand have none. If by your logic 3 titles compared to none is 'slightly better' then how can 3 vs 5/6 be 'way ahead'?
Your are right Wane looks like an excellent coach with 1 away win in 10 months. His record of taking a dominant SL side that didn't loose away in the league for 17 games straight under Maguire is coaching genius.
