After York gaining another victory we are back down to 5th in
The table with 12 points , the 3 teams next below us are Barrow
on 11 points , Skolars on 10 points & Newcastle on 9 . Hunslet and
North Wales taking 9th and 10th place with neither of those two being
Totally out of the running .
It"s not gonna be an easy run in to qualify for the ' 8s ' Is it ?
Our place in it is by no way certain considering the games we have left.
I think the real problem is positioning ourselves well for the push for promotion, we don't want to start the 8's too far off the top or we are giving ourselves real problems getting promoted.
Win the next two and we'll make the 8's.
For realistic promotion ambitions we really need to win at least 3 of the 4 after that. Toulouse, Barrow, Rochdale, York. This is the tough part!!!!
