Im not convinced that he can slot in at centre, even with an obvious shortage in that position this week.
I heard that we were struggling at centre this week with no Murphy, George or Dean available.
Not sure if Griffin is back but Trout in the centres is a risky move if you ask me.....if this is true then clearly JK believes that Walshaw is not ready to step up if he is considering putting a Prop in there.

Second guessing the coaching staff here, but I suppose it makes sense to "blood" Trout in the centres (in the absence of any of our frontline players), rather than in the forwards, at this stage of his development. I guess KT is a couple of years ahead of Walshaw physically(?). |
