CC interview on fourty 20 a few minutes ago. Quite interesting towards the end, CC says he and MC discussion on next season players budget, I picked up the bit when saying we will be talking to agents here and Overseas.

Could be an interesting few weeks/months coming up as re. players out of contract. I believe there are currently 9 out of contract at the end of this season. Randell, Pauli, Arona to be offered new deals? Kirmond, Horo wrong side of 30 now? Annakin, Baldwinson probably not high on most people's lists? Hampshire a definite for me......

I couldn't remember whether Broughy signed for next year as well, or was it just for this season? Like I said on here before, if he keeps his desire and hunger, he could def do another couple of seasons after this one, he'd be high on my list to keep, as i'm sure he would be on most peoples!!

Agree he's very highly on my list
Defensively for a half back there are few better and his kicking is among the best in SL

I’d sign Arona back up if the price was right, he’s versatile and often goes under the radar

He turns 30 in a few days so you'd hope a reasonable two year deal could be struck to keep him at the club. He may be of interest to some other clubs but not for big money I'd have thought. Think he's played a part in the building of this team but that purely a guess.

Don’t forget Crowther is as well

He has earned a contract as far as I am concerned.

Arona is a warrior, I like the guy because he always gives his all and plays above his weight. I'd sign him up but I aint the coach!
