Crooks was struggling with his ankle in the first half but he seemed to run it off, it's probably still a bit sore still so they won't risk him.

I'm fine with that. Just a bit strange the article says Horne is missing due to a knock but doesn't say the same for Crooks. |

Shame for Crooks as he had a very good game, after a disappointing start to the season. Looking forward to Rankin and Miller playing together.
Having Carvell and Paea back is a massive boost, 17 picks itself IMO, with Pitts and Hadley missing out.

I would go very similar but with Thompson in the second row due to form and Whiting on the bench. Rankin should come in to replace Horne but I have this horrible feeling we'll revert to using Azza in the halves for this one. |

Whilst it wouldn't be my choice (Heremeia is best at hooker) and I would be disappointed I'm just wondering if Radders might be tempted to want some experience in the halves. |
