Clever how the Hamza issue is used to hide the fact that British Nationals accused of committing offences in this country are also being extradited rather than being tried in this country.

It sets a very dangerous legal precedent.

Imagine saying on an internet forum i wish someone would shoot George Bush and then being extradited to America charged with conspiracy to a murder.

It is a very dangerous precedent and one that will trap many other unfortunate britons from people who break US copyright law or abide by English law but unfortunately fall foul of American.

I don't care where they go, or what happens to them, just as long as they GO.

The first UK judge who examined the case said it was a "difficult and troubling case" because the alleged crimes all took place on websites allegedly run in London, not the US.

But the US says the websites were technically hosted by a company based in the US state of Connecticut, giving them jurisdiction.

There would be more than enough evidence to charge them and try them here.

They are British citizens and should not be sent to a foreign country for alleged crimes committed in this country.

There is a world of difference from extraditing foreign citizens who live here and extraditing British Citizens.
