After a good shout at Mr Thaler (useless git) I have come away proud of my team and happy that I have seen my home ground with the size of crowd our town deserves. No complaints about the outcome and some of your tries were excellent. The game - apart from Ryan getting upto his old tricks - was played in a great spirit and if you want to loan RB out anytime we will have him. Would just like to get your lots feedback of your experience of Leigh and the LSV ( our stadium). It's been a lovely evening and I hope all of you lot that made the trip got back home safe and sound.

Just got in and i enjoyed the whole experience obviously the result and our perfromance when we upped the gears.
The directions were spot on easy to park and plenty of nearby options for a drink ,food and to mingle with the locals.
The stadium is imo a step up from the new Salfrod one and those with me who went to ST's say it's better that Langtree park aswell had some good banter and i thouyght your lads did your club proud and didn't give up for the full 80 we'll have to agree to disagree re-Thaler because i thought he took the p!$$ the number of times Burrow got ted high and as for Bailey it's very rare ANY call goes his way so i'm happy to go with the call that Littler had a pop.

Great atmosphere, good ground, better than wakey cas and on a par with bothe the new salford and new saints ground IMO and some good attacking rugby played by both teams. Leighs first being the pick of the night for me.

Apart from your 17 blatantly punching Bailey in the face in a tackle it was a tough, fair game of rugby league

I thought Leigh played some great rugby at times tonite their first try was right out of the top drawer , but when your faced with World Class players like Kev Sinfield and Co its always gonna be a bridge too far Bailey had a teriffic game for you lads tonite and looked in my opinion one of best forwards around in World RL,Sinfield proved one again he,s one of the best tactical players in the game he was outstanding as usual'
From my point of view i really enjoyed the game and it was great to see at last some fans actually turning up to support their team when playing away you lads had more coach drivers than the Catalans brought fans last season at Leigh, thanks to all the Leeds fans who turned up and i hope you enjoyed playing at our ground against a team of mainly local lads..Best Wishes on reaching the final and thanks for stuffing the Aussies earlier in the season !!!

I don't think he meant it like that, rather that we needed to score next to stay in the game. Whether the try was from a forward pass or not is a moot point, you would have won regardless.

Nothing moot about it lol. A classic SL perfect pass.

Derek, both sides got away with stacks of 'forward passes'. (Check the two that put McNally through on the half time hooter) The point for me, is that Championship refs. tend to call them forward. It would be nice to see some referreeing consistency. That said, I thought Thaler let the game flow - and surely that's what spectators want to see? Leahy did the same at Sheffield last week, and that upset Eagles' fans, no end, but it made for an entertaining spectacle.
