He's been absolutely appalling tonight. Everything he has done has been poorly executed. He's playing like a kid who is playing the game for the first time. He's got no pace at all, he cannot catch a ball and his defense is shocking. He's on the wing because no one would trust him at fullback. Looking at his wing play, he's no winger either. His bombing of the try late on before LMS's joke try was symptomatic of a player who simply doesn't know what he's doing.

Dawson can have his shirt for the rest of this season while Swift goes out on loan for me.

He wasn't the only player poor tonight. Travis Burns was awful. The pack went missing.

He is a terrible Rugby League player, he is awful. Up there with he Kevin Penny from 5 years ago. Makes the wrong decision 9 out of 10 times whether that be in defence or in attack. That break at the end was the worst decision i have ever seen from a RL player be that at professional or amateur level. 3 Men on his inside, Hull KR given up the chase and he attempts that ? Send him to Rochdale for a month.

Problem with th epack is that they're doing too much because of how weak our backs are. Making mistakes and not doing enough returning the ball, even at the other end our forwards are the go to men. Our backs are a disgrace and we wont win a big final with the lot we have (against 13 men).

Did the pack go missing really? I thought Saints battered Hull KR in the forwards for large parts of the game, and they got Saints into some good positions but every one of the Saints backs is unbelievably average, small, slow, and generally unskilled. They offered virtually zero threat near the rovers line.

Yes he had a shocker, and could of been responsible for an 8 point turn around in the score line, but we've stuck with far worse at his age, and they've come good.

He was also the only player running kicks back with any menace at all. Makinson and Hohaia seemed ready to flop as soon as they caught it

Chill , he is a young lad and he had an off day in a team full of off days. We all know he has mistakes in him but tonight was a bit of a mare. He still has more talent than Dawson though who was also terrible

Spot on! Look at the way they performed against South Sydney (yes i know different quality) but these backs are so poor its unreal. Not one is international class ( i love Makinson and he will be a St Helens great) but he is too slow and small for international rugby league

The link was absolutely dire and we looked clueless on attack. Burns either couldn't see or too busy fighting and Wilkin was invisible. Epitomised with Hohaias lame kick straight into Kelly's hands.

Demolished ? how exactly was it demolished ? we constantly made it in to Rovers half. Not at there best but our forwards where far from the problem tonight
