i'd even go as far as saying Robinson before Lunt at the moment.

Is it just me who doesn't like Tomkins as a fullback?

Still too many names on there that don't really deserve it. I think there are a lot of players at clubs like Huddersfield who overlooked far too often in favour of the big clubs.

Saints will probably only have Roby and Graham as definites and Shenton possibly. I think Huddersfield's backs are very underrated.

We still look far too average. We don't have enough players with real pace. Bridge, Yeaman, Hall, Brown, won't let anyone down but they don't have the extra cutting edge the likes of Benji, Hodges, Inglis, Slater, Kenny-Dowell etc do.

Exactly, it isn't even that long ago that we had Radlinski, Robinson, Long etc playing in the backs. Our backs are now even further from the aussies.

To be fair, Radlinski and Long were pretty shocking for GB/England. Its not that are backs are bad we just lack the gamebreakers. Mind you if you don't have halfbacks who are able to give them decent service or a pack who can lay the platform and give them space to play it doesn't who you have in the backs.
