The whole vaccination thing is a joke and do they really expect people to believe that extremely fit unvaccinated young athletes are the problem here?

Vaccination reduces the viral load you can potentially spread to people who are more vulnerable. While extremely fit unvaccinated people may be at less risk themselves they would potentially pose more risk to the unvaccinated.

It also begs the question as to why they wouldn't want the vaccination in the first place. They should just get the jab and stop whinging.

The more people jabbed the sooner we get out of this mess. Currently 3/5 ICU patients with covid in London are unvaccinated. That's a metric the government look at when deciding to impose restrictions. The sooner we get more people vaccinated the sooner we get out of this situation.

The rule brought in affects all players playing in france, so yes currently away teams have to comply with the rule in france, so all visiting team players have to be double jabbed, a negative test is not accepted anymore.
It matters not what any of us think re the merits of being or not being jabbed its what the French govt have decided

Only figure I have see was on a RL site somewhere, suggesting around 80% is of currently registered SL players have double jabbed, be interesting to see those players who have not been jabbed and can't play. Not sure about any exemptions for diabetes etc
