the tone is set -provocative , which is just what we don't need after last seasons malarkey.

I'm not that rose tinted to think our club is beyond reproach , but it's looking like battle lines are being drawn between Alker & the Club and it sounds like a fight to the death , not good .

I reckon everyone will need to watch their salt intake until they get the book as massive pinches are going to be required when they start to read it.

The most worrying thing here is that the position Alker is in ( ie not currently a successful coach / assistant coach) means that the only way he would get a reasonable advance for a book is for it to offer a scandal.

Shame, as if things had been different, he may even have been head coach by now.

I suspect we dont have the spare cash for a legal battle so he may be onto a winner.
