Next season will be no different to this ,with disappointment when it counts. We really need a play maker and runner at half back ,why did we not sign Travis Burns?. Why not trade Myler for Brown at Widnes .The pack has no aggression without Ben, Sims is a good start ,but more is needed to take on Wigan . Take a chance on Hock ,at least he would stand up to Micky Mac.
Waterhouse has stolen a living ,and Asotasi is doing the same . Does any one know were Kevin Penny is?,a real winger with pace to burn ,Evans will never make it out wide .
If Saints go for Anderson as coach ,with their pack and Burns at half back with Walsh then they will take some beating . As a former Wire forward said to me last night ,there are no leaders in the team .

Rugby League is about far more than moving forward with the football, that's probsbly why you fail to understand what Waterhouse has done for us.
I was at the LSV the other week, it took me a good 20 minutes to notice Penny was on the field, he did absoutely nothing for Swinton and Leigh strolled past him. I'm sorry, but every time I have watched him play for Swinton he has been average championship standard at best.

No pal. For 3 months no team could touch us with a battered forward line too.
Ratch GOB and a fit Bridge plus Wheeler.
These guys are all quality footballers and I think all better than Travis Burns, for sure Ratchford and Bridge are.
Our dip correlates to the injury sustained by Bridge.
Get him right and we will be the team to beat. |

Blimey, I was quite upbeat about last season till I read this. We made both semis and finished 3 points? behind the leaders.
Agree about Hock, I think he's worth a chance, with the right contract. As for the halves, if we don't stick with GOB, we may as well scrap our youth team. Myler obviously has talent and I trust Tony to sort him out.
