Our sport seems to have some funny sayings that you don't hear outside the game, doesn't it?

Just read this on another board "he's a good defensive coach, but =#00BFFFfor mine, I'd see who is available at the end of the season."

Who says "for mine" normally?

Also, nowhere else do I hear someone "chiming" into something but apparently full backs in RL do it regularly!

That was annoyingly used on thurs night.

Off the island, losing or gaining real estate, He's lost his hips, I've looked every where but I can't find that lost hip shop.

I hear (and sometimes use) "for mine" outside of RL. Same with "chiming in", but only when referring to something verbal, never physical.

I'm fairly sure Jamie Peacock's age doesn't come up even nearly as frequently outside of RL.

I wonder how long before this thread turns into a Stevoisms one.
