.............looked a better winger than any we have at the club right now in his performance against Toronto yesterday. I confess that I've always rated him and felt he didn't get the rub of the green in his time here.

I would guess that he has found his level. Not a super league player in any shape or form.

Just want to add that Mitch Brown looked steady as a rock on Friday, which is exactly what we needed. Great to see that the right edge was not a basket case at it had been previous.

No way is Williams better than Lineham.

I too thought Brown on Friday looked the part. Not spectacular but a good all-round game.

Brown did plenty enough to keep his place. However that was a howler of a fumble he made. If that had have been Russell, they'd be dabs waning to stage a sit in!

I only remember him dropping the ball once, and that was to pat it back to Atkins to score!

Will have to watch the re-run again but it mustn’t have been a significant error near our own line.

Brown was solid.. great debut for him and a great bit of thinking to dab that ball back for Atkins try.... showed presence of a proper "rubgy brain" which isnt one of Russells strengths....

I also thought Mitch's name sake had his best game in the P&B since the broncos game last year...... Kevin had his hands on the ball more than anyone (including our new messiah Tyrone) and lead the team around the park well.. credit where credits due from one of his biggest critics.. me!

May have confused it. It seemed to happen on the right edge.

Also saw Brown staying on the try line when Williams was moving laterally across the line about 15 metres from our in goal looking for options. Cut off the diagonal kick option with a bit of common sense and winger nouse as the rest of our defence was able to move up without worrying about a kick behind them.
