All those who wanted Watson as our coach thank the lord we never got him here..he got lucky for 2 years at Salford.....even with sezer they look Clueless..

Hopefully we will be saying the same about Brett Hodgson on Sunday afternoon.

Bit unfair on Watson, I would reserve judgement on him until the end of the season, it`s a relatively new side and it might take them some time to get going, but I think they will.

Some poor performances across the pitch from the Giants. Early days but to see them with no wins from 3 is a surprise. We'll find out on Sunday if we are any better/worse. I fear the worst personally.

My thoughts exactly, he's a great coach. Huddersfield was an odd fit as their squad isn't the greatest. It will come good there as he gets more of his own players in. Doesn't mean he wasn't and wouldn't have been a good fit for the wire IMO, not sorry that he didn't come though I'm very happy with Powell.

They are in trouble Hudds they play Saints, Leeds and us in their next three.

That was an odd game, with Huddersfield looking a different team in the second half. However, that was only after an onfield call by the ref being turned over in their favour, that shifted the momentum.
I would judge Watson over the season, rather than three games, especially with a new club. We have Powell lined up, so there's no point in wondering what if at this point in time. Who knows what the future holds, and it wouldn't be inconceivable that Watson could take the coaches seat at Wire one day.

So they lose to Saints and Leeds and are bottom of the league, and then they play the benevolent charity for giving winless teams a shot.

This thread is sure to be brought back up too if they beat us.

The bar is set for all coaches..but when you look at saints and wigan they've not lost there opening 3 games but some will say Watson is great..far from it...in fact some on here had hudds for top 3 or 4...
