I think the best kicker should take them. I'd assume that is Ratchford.

Get your point but it should be either Thewlis or Leyland given they will likely have more games than Ratchford barring injuries.

Not much point in having Ratchford play if he isn't using all his skills. Let's take the opposition seriously. I take your point too, but I'd have Ratch taking them.
