On the other hand, the Skolars were great in difficult conditions. Omari Caro looked pretty lost for most of the game.

Oxford were poor today, though credit to Oldham for a professional job. Congrats to the other two. Must admit I fear Championship 1 would be a step to far for any of the three at the moment but good luck to them if they want it. With the future of Championship 2 up in the air in the re-org not being in it in two years time might be a good move.

As an aside a northern contact with access to some big names in RL was down today. He is very confident we will be in Superleague, probably at The Hive, next season.However with the 12 - 12 divisional split expected to be voted in shortly two SL teams are likely to be relegated next season.....

Skolars did well today. Pack was awesome throughout. Williams, Robinson, Thomas, Worrincy and Sykes were outstanding. Some great tries by the backs late on.

Thought it was odd the Mikey Bishay played at hooker. Normally he plays for Hemel at scrum half. I thought he did OK for the Broncos but he seems now to behind Woodburn-Hall!

Maybe TR is grooming Bishay to play hooker to replace our ageing Aussies. Didn't need him there yesterday as we were well covered on the day. Thought Bishay went really well against Salford. Wasn't impressed with t'other youngster you mention.
