just been on the wigan website and it says resevered seating tickets need to get in contact with the ticket office due to people not seeing past 3D cameras anybody no which games ? i suggest maybe us and saints.

Yeah, Bilko's TV listings have all but the first game down as being in 3D. Guess there might be some lunchtime Premier League football in 3D then, or something?
RFL really have made a few cock-ups with this weekend, haven't they? The e-mail that went out the other week with the wrong fixtures on was a big enough one to drop; this is just plain annoying and inconvenient for any Wigan fans with reserved tickets. Just glad ours are unreserved!

That's right the Manchester derby is on the Saturday Lunchtime.
I have sympathy with the RFL though. I suspect when they put tickets on sale they'd didn't know Sky would be televising it in 3D. The 3D coverage requires extra cameras which get placed in seating areas rather the usual gantry. I suspect we won't get that many games in 3D though because quite a lot of grounds just aren't good enough for 3D coverage. They will take a lot of converting. |
