It is reported in todays Daily Express that Shaun Wane will be in charge next year.
Shaun is quoted as saying "I signed a two year contract in 2011 with an option for a further year and Wigan have taken this up"

Happy that its sorted.
Wane deserves praise for having to deal with all the players departing yet still keeping us up near the top of the league and competing for trophies. He's done that whilst keep blooding our youngsters and giving them more opportunities then Maguire did.
We'd be in a far worse position under a huge number of other coaches.

He seems to have learnt a general lesson from last year about shooting his mouth off too much which has been pleasing.
I don't have a problem with a young coach making errors but they must learn from them, I think he's done that. |
