Sorry, but having faced the same type of request just over a year ago any pledge would not be in the best interest of the club's long-term future as it wouldn't change anything about the management team that has brought you to this sad situation.

IMHO Bull's fans would be far better establishing a "fighting fund" that could be used to help once the club goes into Administration.

I feel for the Bulls but this is not the answer. Admin is the best way forward thus getting rid of your current board as we did. Yes you will lose players but i don't think you will lose you franchise (which is more important)

Pledging to the Bulls current regime is like throwing money away. Keep the money in a trust fund to start again out of administration.

Seriously - no double standards here! Very few people put in when the old management at Wakefield put out the call and therefore even fewer are likely to do so for a fellow club.

Now if you want people to put into a Supporters Trust fund with the aim of taking part or full ownership of the club, that's another thing altogether.....

Heed the warning - by putting money into the pledge all you are doing is preserving the management who cannot raise funds themselves because the bank and business have lost confidence in them - they have no where else to turn. Don't do it!

We were in exactly the same position over a year ago and we decided not to put any money to support a Management that did not appear to be able resolve our financial predicament. Any investment was just prolonging the agony and eventualy the Club would have died so we decided to except the inevetable and whatever the consequences may be.

I suggest that Bradford do the same and let Bradford Northern (1964) Ltd if thats what the trading name of the Bulls is die and face Administration. As RDM has said the £100 pledges would be better used supporting a new club with a fresh start.

I know its painful, we've been through it and come out stronger with a bright future, but giving your current Management £1m is insanity.

Correct they should put the pledges into Bull Builder (the Bradford Trust) and let them have a say in the running of the Club.
